Windows11在使用 thaiphoon burner 看内存信息的时候出现了如下错误：
Thaiphoon Burner has not detected any SPD EEPROM device. The most possible reason for this is an unsupported SMBus Host Controller or it has been in a state of deadlock. Power off your computer or perform a Platform Reset to reinitialize the SMBus Controller. If this is a permanent error, please contact us.
查询网络得知，该问题是由于win11 的安全性高导致，软件访问硬件时thaiphoon burner 不能访问。网上有修改注册表之类的。Windows11 不能打开使用 thaiphoon burner
解决方案，通过CPUZ 获取内存信息后，在thaiphoon burner内读取，操作如下。
（1）用CPUZ 读取硬件信息，保存为.txt,如下图
（2）搜索 "SPD registers" 找到内存条位置，然后复制内存十六进制信息，如下框
（3）打开 thaiphoon burner，通过 File->Import from ClipBoard （如下图）
（4）你会看到你的内存信息了，如下图
