mac 在安装php-redis时出现了mac configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
意思是，没有C语言编译器，无法执行编译
解决方案，安装xcode 软件以及相关扩展，mac 在xcode 已经即成了编译器
运行：
xcode-select --install
安装完毕后再运行即可。
